About Owner
As a young child, I had the opportunity to grow up in 2 kitchens. 2 restaurants that my grandfather owned, is where my passion for cooking begined 1 a seafood kitchen the other a barbecue& hamburger shack in the state of Texas between the 2 businesses I've learned, various different cooking styles from Southern cuisine, Texas style barbecue, and signature seafood dishes with fresh seafood, From the Gulf of Mexico. Later to move to California. And incorporated the love of different peppers, onions and spices, with that said the next time you have the Munchies, feel free to eat up at Munchies Wangs & Thangs.
